Aye Matey, this is no joke! Shiver me timbers and yo, ho, ho! September 19th is International Talk Like a Pirate Day. And to think I never knew until this year! Well I had to have fun with that!!:) I was going to put a picture up with this post, but I must've misplaced my peg leg... or maybe I just can't see anything with this blasted eyepatch on ... Arrrrr...!!! Next year be sure and celebrate - of course without the bottle of rum!!!:)

You're right! This actually is a real day. Our kids attend a high school here in MN...the Park Center "Pirates". It's a BIG deal here. There's even a website (can't find the link right now) that translates into Pirate-speak for you! :)
